I took one of my Arsenal AKs to a couple local shops in NWI looking to get a nice AR. Armory 219 was the only one to not outright lowball me and I walked away with a great deal on a nice AR and a variety of accessories for it! Armory 219 is the place to go for any of your firearms or questions.   Aaron and his staff are outstanding and knowledgeable.  Their customer service have exceeded all and any expectations.  They are friendly and make sure all questions are answered.   I have bought a few fire arms and suppressors through them.  This is my go to place for all future needs. I first heard of them from an employee at another gun shop when I inquired about purchasing a suppressor. I was told that there is nowhere better to do that than Armory 219 and they were absolutely correct. When it comes to purchasing firearms, I try to exclusively shop here now. I say "try" only because sometimes I'm after a rare piece that they don't have. Outside of those instances, their selection is great, their prices are highly competitive, and the staff is amazing. As a small business, they can't always be the cheapest but they always make sure that the experience is top tier and I will gladly pay an extra $30 on top of $1,500, or whatever it may be, to support those within my community that provide an experience as excellent as they do at Armory 219. Every person that works at either location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have never once felt like they were just trying to sell me something. They nerd out on this stuff like I do. They're always on top of the newest technology coming to the industry and they talk to customers about it like they're talking to their friends about the next big thing that they're personally excited about. After my first time there, I am now personally greeted by name every time I walk in. They are extremely professional (not to the point where it feels like you're dealing with robots) and always maintain a calm, friendly, and safe environment within the store. Handling paperwork is painless. They have the process down to a science and it makes it extremely easy to navigate, particularly if you're new to purchasing anything requiring forms like I was when I first walked in. I will continue to support Armory 219 as a local, small business whenever I can. I send all of my friends here and they all have the same experience that I have. I’ve been in this place a few times and have referred friends to go there. From buying new to transfers they are speedy. Even without following transfer policy from my end they still helped me out vs their competition. Had a rifle sent to a competitor in valpo only to go in there and be told it got sent back to sender thinking it was a ploy from the atf. These guys are great. Recently bought a gun from Range USA and they told me the S&W .38 special had etching designs in it. Come to find out it was some sort of acid erosions and not a design. Found these guys after beating around the area for a while. I've purchased guns, optics, accessories, and even gotten repairs done here. I've always found the staff knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The store is generally busy but they remember your name and always take a minute to chat and give that personal touch. Prices are competitive and after crunching the numbers, I've found that I save money shopping here instead of the big online retailers. Buy your guns here folks, you won't be disappointed.
