Transmitting obscene, offensive, or unlawful content.
Disrupting the normal operation of the Website.
Attempting to purchase firearms or ammunition in violation of federal or Indiana law (e.g., age restrictions: 21 for handguns, 18 for long guns).

The compilation of all content on the Website is the exclusive property of Armory 219 LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to:

However, we do not warrant that product or service descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All firearms purchases are subject to federal and Indiana state regulations, including background checks.

5. Purchases and Payments

When you make a purchase on the Website, you agree to:

Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Promptly update your account details, including email address and payment method, to ensure smooth transactions.
Comply with all federal and Indiana firearms laws, including completing required background checks via the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).
Ensure firearms are transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, unless picked up in-store.

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely, and prices are subject to change without notice. Armory219 is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

6. Cancellation Policy

All canceled orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus a 3% card processing fee. Orders can only be canceled provided the order has not been shipped. Any order that surpasses 21 days and we haven’t received the requested documents for your order will be canceled, and funds returned minus the 20% restocking fee and 3% card processing fee. The cancelation fee percentages are based on the invoice total. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications cannot be canceled once production has begun. 7. Returns Policy

We aim for your satisfaction with every purchase, therfore it is important to confirm that your are ordering the correct product before completing your purchase. All sales are final, included but not limited to, are firearms, ammunition, accessories, and optics. Note: The original shipping charge is not refunded. Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products, if you have a problem with any of the following products please contact the manufacturer(s) to request warranty service: Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications. Products sold “as is”, “used”, “pre-owned”, or that have been installed or used after receipt, NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork, Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, night vision equipment, or firearms. All firearm sales are final. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@armory219.com or (219)-561-7505 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. Authorized returns must be received within 10 days of authorization. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Armory 219 LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Website. You expressly agree that your use of the Website is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armory 219 LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Armory 219 LLC does not warrant that the Website, its servers, or emails sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components. Armory 219 LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Porter County, Indiana, for any disputes arising from these Terms.
