Fully transferable S&W 76 submachine gun. This time capsule was owned by the same gentleman since 1971 and includes a copy of the original ATF form 3. Very low “U” prefix three digit serial number. The original finish is near perfect and only shows wear from the selector detent. Includes four orignal Smith & Wesson magazines, new spare extractor, and S&W 76 coffee table book. This currently registered on a Form 4 in Indiana and can be transferred directly to Indiana residents on a Form 4 or to your dealer. Transfer to out of state dealer will require a tax stamp. C&R eligible. We are offering a 50/50 payment option where you can pay half down and the remainder when the Form 4 transfer to you or your dealer is approved.
